When you have slept late in night, and had more than few hours of sleep. Your usual alarm goes on in Morning, its hard to get out of bed. Your body is saying, stay in bed. But its important to avoid that exceptions. These are the small exceptions which eventually derail your plan. Although the day will be not very productive, its important, that don’t make exceptions.
This commitment to stick to routine will change your life.
If you give up to your physical, emotional and mental desire to make exception to your plans and break your commitments. The exception made many times becomes the rule.
